To reset the password of your Systancia Ticketing space, click on the following link:
https://customer.systancia.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
You will then receive the e-mail below:
By clicking on the link above you will be redirected as follows:
Please enter your new password
Be careful with the choice of special characters, they must be included in the list below!
Then click on "Save password"
Once the new password is saved, the window below will pop-up:
Do not click on those links
First go to https://www.systancia.com/
then go to the "Careroom" tab
Then the "Support Portal" in the right column
And then click on "Confirm"
At this point, log into the ticketing portal
